Chief Operating Officer - Central District Alliance

The Central District Alliance is one of London’s leading Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) and covers an area from Holborn, Bloomsbury, St Giles in the London Borough of Camden to Clerkenwell and Farringdon in the London Borough of Islington. The BID is seen as the gateway between the City of London and the West End.

The BID is led by Chief Executive Debbie Akehurst and chaired by Alexander Jan. The Central District Alliance rebranded recently (and was previously known as Bee-Midtown).  The BID was successful in its ballot renewal in 2020 and is currently in year one of the new five-year term.

The Chief Operating Officer is a newly created role which will be part of the senior management team. They will support the Chief Executive in delivering and further developing its vision and the strategic priorities identified in the five-year business plan.
