We work with boards and chief executives to identify outstanding candidates for leadership, board and senior management appointments.

Established in 2010, Wild Search is a well-connected, executive search and advisory company which has developed a community built from long-term relationships of both clients and candidates we have engaged with through searches, reports and partnerships.

Our specialisms include conducting searches for Chief Executives (CEO), Chief Financial Officers (CFO), Chief Operating Officers (COO), Fundraising Directors, Commercial Directors, business development and sales roles, chairs, board members and trustees within charities, foundations, membership bodies and BIDs, schools, multi-academy trusts and commercial education groups.

Wild Search has developed a strong track record of advising chief executives and boards on senior appointments. As a consequence, we have developed detailed knowledge and undertaken research into remuneration and benchmarking.
