The Senior Provost has overall responsibility for spiritual and pastoral leadership within the Woodard community of schools. They will provide strategic vision and inspirational leadership for the schools and academies within the Woodard family and ensure that, in line with the wishes of our Founder Nathaniel Woodard, Christian formation, values and ethos lie at the heart of a Woodard education. This will entail the board and the executive defining and maintaining a high standard of pastoral care and religious observance, working with the Provosts and the schools themselves to ensure that they provide an active Christian environment for delivering education, firmly grounded in the Anglican tradition.
