London HQ is comprised of four BIDs managed by Primera on behalf of the levy payers and each has its own board. Ruth Duston OBE is the Chief Executive of Primera. The four BIDS are Victoria, Victoria Westminster, Whitehall and Northbank. London HQ stretches from the Royal Courts of Justice, Somerset House and Strand through to Downing Street, Parliament Square and on to Belgravia. The BIDS cover some of central London’s most iconic locations and visitor destinations, including the majority of the historic professional route through Central London.

This appointment will be part of the senior management team supporting the Chief Executive in delivering and further developing the vision and strategic priorities for the London Heritage Quarter, the BIDs which form it and delivering against those identified in the five-year business plan.

This role combines the management of the BID’s operations, managing the team and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and processes to support the BID as it delivers for its levy payers.
