Talent-Ed Education is a fast-growing charity dedicated to creating a fair education system. We believe that every young person should have the support they need to flourish, regardless of background. We match high quality tutors with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to boost their grades, confidence, and future opportunities through impactful, tailored tuition.

The new CEO will be responsible for the overall success and impact of Talent-Ed. This includes both the day-to-day running of the charity and implementing our longer-term strategy and mission. An ambassador for the charity externally, the CEO will be responsible for continuing to raise the profile of Talent-Ed and its work, while building and managing relationships with key external stakeholders and partners. Internally, they will focus on increasing Talent-Ed’s impact through growing pupil numbers, expanding into new geographical areas and deepening the impact with each pupil supported. Reporting to the Chair and Board of Trustees, the CEO will directly line manage a senior management team of four staff and provide leadership and direction to the whole organisation of 13 staff and 300+ tutors. This is a hybrid role, based partly at Talent-Ed’s London office in Kings Cross, and partly from home, with flexible working arrangements possible.
