The Director of Operations will report to the Principal and the Board of Directors, joining various committees, overseeing the preparation of agendas papers and minutes as appropriate.

The role encompasses a very wide remit with full oversight of all the administrative, financial and property aspects of the School. The Director of Operations is a key member of the School’s senior leadership team, attending weekly meetings. They are critical in ensuring all policies are reviewed annually. They will be responsible for dealing with external entities ranging from parents to HM Revenue and Customs, contractors, local authorities, lettings agents and groups, and other organisations.
