HMC Board Members appointed

Wild Search was retained by the board the Heads’ Conference to manage the search and advise on the appointment of its first ever independent board members. As a result of an extensive search the board appointed Geoff Thompson MBE (Founder, Youth Charter) and Arun Kanwar (Managing Partner, Cairneagle). Commenting on our work, HMC Chair Sue Woodroofe noted:

It was a pleasure working with Wild Search on the recruitment of HMC’s first independent trustees. Their wisdom and advice on this new venture for our organisation was invaluable and they were responsive to our needs and aspirations throughout the process, making adaptations along the way and providing us with a strong field of excellent candidates.
